Tatuaje Tainos Price Update
In talking about the Tatuaje Tainos as one of the Top Ten Made-in-the-USA cigars for 2006, I mentioned that they were hard to find and expensive — and well worth the price.
Well, I have some good news on the price.
Shortly after the review and recommendation appeared, I got word that one of the retailers I mentioned was discounting their price on Tatuaje Tainos to the lowest I’ve ever seen them offered. Another online retailer, not mentioned in the original article (and of good reputation as well), is offering the cigars at the same price. This new price point gives you a chance to get a truly premium cigar at a price that is a bargain.
Both sources have Tainos available for delivery as of this writing.

First, Abner’s World of Cigars has dropped their price on Tatuaje Tainos to US $254.95 per box of 25. That is a 15% discount off the manufacturer’s suggested retail price on these cigars, and works out to $10.20 each.
Another source for the cigars, who also has them in stock at the moment, is Tower Cigars out of Sacramento, California. They are listing the cigars at $254.55 a box, and Tower also sells singles of the Tatuaje Tainos at $12.00 each.
The Tatuaje line of cigars is one of the best currently available, whether we are talking “made-in-the-USA” cigars or “made-anywhere” cigars. The Tainos are the powerhouse of the line. They are a testament to the skill and the artistry of Pepin Garcia.

Tatuaje cigars are becoming very popular. What can you expect from a DPG though? He’s one of the best cigar makers in the world and I have to admit I love the Tatuajes. They’re just delicious.
